Run one of our companies. Earn your way to owning it.
Every NeoNox company is led by a named operator with real P&L accountability — and real skin in the game. You're paid market salary plus an EBITDA-linked bonus from day one. Equity is the ladder: year one is the cliff — none vests yet — then it builds across years two through five toward a ceiling we agree on day one — 5% to 20%, sized by what you bring. In year five comes the option: buy the majority of NeoNox's stake — control if we own the company outright; if we hold a minority alongside a founder, you buy from us, never from them. We don't force our partners to sell.
